Jon Swartz is an accomplished Executive Search Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently leading the Financial Services Group at Innovations PSI, a trusted staffing partner serving hedge funds, private equity & venture capital firms, investment advisory and wealth offices, investment and retail banks in the Bay Area. Jon's expertise and connection to the financial and investment community in San Francisco are unmatched, and he prides himself on establishing long-lasting relationships with both his clients and candidates. Jon is a graduate of CSU Sacramento, where he studied Finance and Real Estate Land Use Affairs. Before joining Innovations PSI, he worked at several top-tier recruitment firms, including Mackenzie & Partners, Mondo, and Robert Half Accounting & Finance. He also has prior experience in the hospitality industry as a server at Ambience Restaurant.
