Jon Scruggs

Jon Scruggs is an experienced Information Systems leader with a background in retail management. He is skilled in aligning IT operations with business vision and improving customer experiences. He has a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, both from Wright State University. He currently serves as the Manager of Infrastructure and Support at Hobart Service, where he oversees incident, problem, change, and configuration management, datacenter infrastructure, disaster recovery, network security, workstation deployment, and more. Jon has previously worked as a Service Desk Supervisor / System Administrator at Hobart Service, a Double Agent at Geek Squad, and a Sales Manager / Technical Supervisor at Best Buy. He also has expertise in cloud computing, mobile device management, ITIL foundations, and proposal writing.
