Jon Muth

Jon Muth is a strategic professional currently contributing to the 3-5 year vision at Beyond Meat as a member of the Strategy & Planning team.

Jon started his career at Beyond Meat as an Associate Project Manager, collaborating with the Commercialization team to drive the company's growth.

His previous experience includes working at KPMG in the Deal Advisory group, where he obtained his CPA designation and focused on accounting advisory within the transaction services industry.

He engaged in both long-term carve-out projects at Fortune 100 companies and short-term due diligence assignments of potential acquisition targets during his tenure at KPMG.

Jon holds bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Applied Spanish, in addition to a Master of Accounting from Penn State University.

During his time at Penn State, Jon actively participated in various organizations like the Penn State Dance MaraTHON, The Pennharmonics a cappella group, Club Cross Country, Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and Student Fee Board.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Jon is a seasoned marathon runner with 10 completions and undertook a solo, self-supported bike journey across the country post-graduation.

Furthermore, Jon has been recognized as a Food Leaders Fellow at The Aspen Institute and has held positions including Manager, Strategy & Planning, Associate, Strategy & Planning, and Associate Project Manager at Beyond Meat.

Additionally, he served as a Deal Advisory Associate and Intern at KPMG and previously worked as an Aquatics Manager (Seasonal) at Morey's Piers, Beachfront Water Parks & Resorts.
