John Lorimer is the Food and Beverage Manager at The Beaumont Hotel. He has a background as a sommelier and beverage director, with experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. His qualifications include a Level 2 certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Level 3 WSET certification with Merit.
