John Grinnell is the founder and CEO of Grinnell Leadership & Organizational Development, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he specializes in helping leaders unlock their potential and drive organizational success. Grinnell holds a Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
