John Grinnell is the CEO and founder of Grinnell Leadership & Organizational Development in Raleigh, NC. With over thirty years of experience in the business world, he excels at helping leaders unlock their potential and drive organizational and team success. John and his team have worked with a wide range of clients, from C-suite executives to rising junior professionals in large and mid-sized organizations. Their expertise spans various business areas, focusing on challenges like scaling, mergers and acquisitions, strategy alignment, and turnaround initiatives. Dr. Grinnell, with a doctorate in cultural studies, has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. John Grinnell has received his Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and pursued his Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science at East Carolina University.
