John Enright
Principal, Griffin Enright Architects
John Enright, FAIA, LEED AP, is a co-founder and principal of Griffin Enright Architects, an award-winning Los Angeles-based architectural firm established in 2000.12 He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.2
With over 30 years of experience in architecture, Enright is known for his innovative approach to design and his expertise in construction techniques.13 He combines strategic form with building performance and environmental considerations to create impactful environments.1
In addition to his role at Griffin Enright Architects, Enright serves as the Vice Director/Chief Academic Officer at the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), where he has been teaching since 2001.23 He oversees various school functions, including academic programs, planning and operations, and admissions.3
Enright's work has received numerous accolades, including local, state, and national AIA Awards and The American Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum.3 He is also active in public service, serving on the Los Angeles Mayor's Design Advisory Panel.13
