John Duffield is a seasoned enterprise architect, strategist, and IT program delivery professional with a track record of working with top banking and finance institutions. He has extensive experience in managing complex IT programs, driving enterprise architecture and strategy, and building strong leadership teams. His expertise involves developing strategies, compliance policies, and transition approach capabilities that align with business objectives. John headed banking strategy and architecture at DXC technology and served as a lead solution architect at the global level in Flight Centre Travel Group.

John holds a degree in software development management and has worked across several organizations in different capacities, including UnitinCare Queensland, Residental Tenancy Authority Queensland, Santos Ltd, and Suncorp Group.
