John Dix

John Dix is a results-oriented and culture-minded leader with over twenty years of professional experience, including fifteen years in managing government contracting programs, operational teams, and business units. He currently serves as the Vice President of Federal Programs at IntelliBridge, overseeing financial responsibility, account management, and operational accountability for Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, and General Services Administration accounts.

As a co-founder of IntelliWare, John played a vital role in establishing corporate strategy, operations, development, account operations, and culture leadership. Under his leadership, IntelliWare's portfolio grew from a single account to a Line of Business generating approximately $16M in revenue with 120 resources across twelve accounts.

John Dix has significant expertise in enterprise culture formulation, account management operations, leadership training and mentoring, partner engagement, business development, proposal engagement, corporate development, contracts management, and government customer management.

He holds a Master's Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Richmond.
