John Boland is the President and COO of Level One, a company he founded in 2004. With over 30 years of experience in document management and technology, John has driven Level One to be a key player in providing customer experience and communication management solutions to utilities nationwide.
At Level One, John is responsible for leading business innovation and strategy, overseeing a team with expertise in operations, technology, project management, and regulatory affairs. He collaborates closely with clients to develop engagement strategies aligned with their objectives to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and reduce expenses.
Prior to his current role, John Boland was the Director of Business Process Outsourcing for Utilities at Workflow Solutions, where his customer-centric approach and focus on innovation and efficiency contributed significantly to the division's growth. Before that, he held various management, sales, and marketing positions at Delaware Valley Business Systems for a decade, until its acquisition in 1994.
John Boland holds a BA from Holy Family University, and as the President of Level One, he continues to leverage his expertise and leadership to drive the company's success in delivering cutting-edge solutions for utility companies nationwide.
