Johann R. Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management, marketing, and technology, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Hearst, a prominent media company in the United States.

In his role at Hearst, Johann leads the Employee Applications team, focusing on creating internal products that enhance the overall employee experience within the organization.

With a solid foundation in marketing, Johann has held key positions such as Senior Product Manager, where he successfully launched the innovative MyHearst employee portal aimed at providing Hearst employees with personalized content, benefits, and productivity tools.

Prior to his current role, Johann served as the Product Manager and GM at Hearst Labs, where he spearheaded the development and launch of a platform to foster collaboration among Hearst's vast employee network on technology-related matters.

Having a rich professional background, Johann also contributed to the tech community at Hearst as a Tech Community Manager, overseeing enterprise social community initiatives and organizing innovation-focused events such as hackathons and technology discussions.

Before joining Hearst, Johann gained valuable experience working in the marketing team of ZocDoc, a startup based in NYC, where he played a crucial role in launching the Spanish version of the site and blog.
