Johan Brenner is a seasoned General Partner with over a decade of experience in venture capital, previously holding positions at Creandum and Balderton Capital (formerly Benchmark Capital Europe).

His investment focus lies in supporting entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, particularly in the sectors of Fintech, Marketplaces, and SaaS, having led investments in numerous successful ventures like iZettle, Klarna, Trade Republic, and more.

Before entering the world of VC, Johan kickstarted his career at ABB and Kinnevik, transitioning to entrepreneurship and successfully selling three companies to major players like eTrade, eBay, and monster.com.

Johan's educational background includes studies at reputable institutions like Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Stockholm School of Economics, NYU Stern School of Business, and Bates College.

Throughout his career, Johan has been involved with various organizations, serving in roles such as Board Member, Board Observer, and Investor for companies like Trade Republic, Klarna, Bokio, and Voi Technology.
