Previously, he co-founded Spark It Up Marketing & Media Solutions, where he held the roles of CEO and Head of Print and Web Design. Joel's journey includes positions such as Design Intern at 805 Design Collective and Freelance Graphic Designer at Joel Shaw Designs.
