Pimcore’s solution delivery division of data management solutions including MDM/PIM/DAM, CDP and User Experience Management (UX/eCommerce) Implementation, Support & Maintenance and Cloud delivery to enterprise customers around the world. Manage both the inside sales team and perform direct sales activities including solution presentation to clients. - Identified, managed, negotiated and closed the largest ($2.65M 36 Month term) Contract Management SaaS deal in the history of the company within the first 12 months of employment with a follow-on expansion of $1.75M for P2P with Contract Compliance within 12 months of the initial deal.
- Successfully booked multiple deals amounting to over $6M in subscription software revenue along with ~$2M in professional consulting and sourcing services in the past thirty months
- Managed all aspects of highly complex and technical sales cycles touching every aspect of my customers businesses including back end integration of the Ariba SaaS environment to multiple ERP systems such a SAP, Oracle, JDE and others.

Successfully Led the Americas TOPCALL (acquired by KOFAX, INC.) Sales Team in Territory Planning, liaison with counterparts in EMEA and APAC in managing large international opportunities, strategic regional planning with senior Management in Austrian Headquarters.
-  Responsible for the generation of ~$20M in revenue annually meeting Quota and increasing revenue 20% year over year.
-  Managed the companies Field Sales and Operations in the US, Canada, and Latin America support new software products in selected markets.
-  Directly managed the Canadian Sales Region meeting a $2M+ quota, carrying a bag and selling to large enterprise clients.

-  Prepared and executed a business plan to obtain $5MM in A series funding.
-  Selected and negotiated Automated Clearing House (ACH) item processing agreements with Originating Depository Financial Institutions (ODFI) that enabled 60% gross transaction margins.
-  Conceptualized, designed and implemented processes and a web-enabled eRCK processing application system to service check writers and reduce returned checks by 50% for merchants.
-  Designed a transaction pricing and revenue sharing model that decreased merchant transaction fees by 20% and increased merchant net profit margins by 3.6% for the retail, utility and general merchandising segments

Adlex, Inc.  was acquired by Compuware in 2007 and the Adlex Product Suite is now branded as the Gomez (Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring) Solution:

-  Successfully developed Greenfield opportunities and closed the company’s first Enterprise sales including a seven figure sale to a large Energy company in ten months.

- Following the acquisition of Choice Solutions, Inc. leads the Central Region Salesforce consisting of seventy resources made up of six sales teams, twenty-eight field sales professionals, six inside sales reps, twelve field sales engineers and administrative support staff.
-  Preparation of the sales quota, incentive compensation plan and product mix and regional budget to meet corporate plan.
-  Directed the efforts of the sales force in sale of the companies Managed Services offerings including full outsourcing of IT and communications infrastructure.

Along with our President and CFO played a key role in building this business from $200K revenue in year one to $40M in year nine when the majority of the company was sold to Convergent Communications.
-  Responsible for business planning with a focus on Sales Management, revenue generation and architecting and delivering end to end Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions to Medium and Enterprise clients in the central US market.
-  As a key member of the executive team prepared and managed the budget for the sales force and field technical services team with over seventy FTE professionals.
-  Managed tradeshow and end-user seminars in concert with our ISV and OEM partners.
