Joel A Adams is the Founder and CEO of First Person Solutions, a company established in May 2021 that focuses on developing treatments for Long Covid and other viral infections using molecular signaling technology. Under his leadership, First Person Solutions aims to suppress inflammatory cytokines associated with these conditions, marking it as the first company to utilize this approach for chronic Lyme disease and Long Covid.1 2

Adams has a rich background in business, having previously founded and led Devon Consulting, an IT staffing firm, from 1982 to 2010, where he grew the company to achieve over $30 million in annual sales. He is also a co-founder and board member of Assigned Counsel, Inc., which specializes in temporary attorney staffing since 1992. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Adams serves as a CEO adviser and executive coach, mentoring numerous executives and business leaders.1 2 3

He holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.1
