Joe Villmow is the founder of EmpowerMe Foundation, a not-for-profit organization in Milwaukee, WI, dedicated to mentoring high school and college students to achieve success academically, professionally, and personally.

With a background in business administration from Marquette University and experience in various roles such as an independent distributor for Pepperidge Farms, owner of Security Network Systems, and a former facilities manager, Joseph is committed to giving back to the community that supported him.

His vision through EmpowerMe Foundation is to empower students to overcome challenges and pursue their goals, reflecting the kindness and mentorship he received as a young student.

In addition to his foundation work, Joe Villmow has been involved in various organizations like the FBI Milwaukee Citizens Academy Alumni Association, The John Maxwell Company as a certified coach, trainer, and motivational speaker, United Migrant Opportunity Services (UMOS), and more.
