His expertise lies in Lean, Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies, driving teams towards continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.

With certifications as a LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner, Joe has a background in quality assurance, computing, health, and nutrition, infusing a holistic approach into his Agile mindset.

Educationally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing from Western Sydney University, studied Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and completed his Higher School Certificate with a focus on English Language and Literature/Letters at The Scots School, Bathurst.
