Joe Steuter is a seasoned marketing and communications expert with over 15 years of experience working with financial services companies. As the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication at Carson Group, he leads the strategic communications plan, manages public and media relations, and ensures all stakeholders are well-informed, engaged, and inspired. Over the course of his career, Steuter has worked on a variety of high-profile projects, including helping thousands of advisors across the country improve their storytelling, client and prospect connections, and brand image.

Prior to joining Carson Group in 2010, Steuter worked in public relations and real estate, serving Silicon Valley’s leading SaaS companies. He is an award-winning campaign strategist, writer, and public speaker who has collaborated with notable media brands like CNBC, FOX Business, Forbes, NBCUniversal, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. Steuter has a BA in Communications, Journalism, PR, and Advertising from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

In his free time, Steuter enjoys spending time with his family, surfing on the West Coast, and listening to music on his favorite vintage amplifier.
