Joe Silvera

Joe Silvera is a highly experienced professional who has been in the PEO industry for several years. His expertise lies in leading consultants to help business owners, and he is considered one of the best in his field. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University. Silvera is currently the Director of Sales - Professional Services - East at TriNet, where he has worked his way up the ranks to his present position. He formerly served as a Senior Sales Consultant, Professional Services, Sales Consultant, Main Street, and Digital Producer at TriNet, among other positions. He was also the Director of Business Development at Surrey Lane and the Municipal Sales Manager, Project Manager at Senergy USA. Silvera generously donates his time to volunteer as the Youth Director at Ilan Synagogue. He graduated from Rutgers University, where he studied planning and public policy. With his vast knowledge and experience, Silvera focuses on providing solutions that can enhance HR and benefit programs in business. He considers his job a blast as he and his team are consistently meeting with business owners who need help with their HR and Benefit programs. He is always available to provide solutions no matter how big or small the problem is.
