Danny Teal
Danny Teal is a highly driven and accomplished business development leader with over three decades of experience in a variety of industries. With a proven track record in sales, research, communication, intelligence analysis, and marketing, Teal has consulted for venture capitalists, investment banks, mutual hedge and pension funds in the US, Europe, Russia, and East Asia. Specializing in corporate design, strategic alliances, partner searches, and product launches, he has worked in the IT, alternative energy, education, entertainment, and mergers and acquisitions sectors.
Teal has a distinguished background in media, music, film, marketing, advertising, corporate identity and image systems, analysis, and management psychology. He has in-depth experience in enterprise architecture, project management, systems thinking, organizational design, and creative direction for new business start-ups. His area of expertise lies in cultural intelligence issues, new product introductions, audience development, corporate restructuring, change management, organizational development, and transitions.
Teal is highly self-motivated and has an innovative team leadership style. MTV's Executive Producer hailed him as the "most natural producer" he had ever met. As the CEO of Data Logical Services, he has led the company to success, building on his past experience as the CEO of Inside Connection LLC, and financial mandate at Her Majesty Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck (The Queen Mother) Charitable Trust, Bhutan. He has also held consulting director roles at PEGA/Pegatron Design and Engineering, and Creative Advisor roles at Chevron and MTV.
