Joe Neguse is a dedicated attorney, civic leader, and public servant with an exceptional background in law and public administration.

His professional journey includes serving as the Executive Director of Colorado's Department of Regulatory Agencies, where he oversaw the state's consumer protection department, managed nine complex divisions, supervised nearly 600 employees, and handled a substantial budget of $90 million.

Prior to his role at DORA, Joe honed his legal skills as a litigator at the largest law firm in Colorado. Furthermore, he brought his expertise to the University of Colorado Board of Regents, representing Colorado's 2nd Congressional District during a six-year term.

Joe's educational foundation is equally impressive, with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science, earned Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado Boulder.
