Joe's leadership qualities were evident as the Team Captain of the Ohio State University Varsity Lacrosse Team under The Ohio State University Department of Athletics.

His professional journey includes valuable experiences such as internships at MMA Capital Management and PrimeLending, and volunteer work at Habitat for Humanity and Operation Buckeye.
