Joe Luong is a technology and finance expert, experienced in leading startups, and the CEO/Co-founder of Crypta Labs. Crypta Labs is a pioneering quantum security company that specializes in quantum random number generators (QRNG) used to seed classical and quantum-safe encryption for secure industrial IoT, including connected and autonomous vehicles and V2V and V2X communications. The company has received recognition for their innovation in cybersecurity and mobile security from leading industry names such as techUK, Infosec Europe, and Citi Group. Joe has over 20 years of combined experience in technology, finance, and operational leadership roles, working primarily in the service sector, marketing, and technology. Prior to Crypta Labs, he was the CEO and Founder of iProsper Media, an Adtec startup specializing in Financial Services. Before that, he worked as a "roaming" Financial Controller for numerous overseas hotels.

Joe was enrolled at Brunel University, where he studied Management Studies and Japanese Manufacturing Techniques, and went on to do a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) National Diploma in Business Studies at City and Islington College. Prior to that, he attended schools such as Stoke Newington School and Sixth Form, Stantonbury Campus - Buckinghamshire, and Bradwell Village Primary School - Buckinghamshire.
