Joe Dimberio

Joe Dimberio is a Managing Partner at WinForest Partners, a network-driven private investment firm based in Chicago.2 He joined the firm as a partner in August 2023 and has been instrumental in the company's recent fundraising efforts.1

Prior to joining WinForest Partners, Dimberio had a long and successful career in the fund-of-funds industry. He spent nearly 16 years at Twin Bridge Capital Partners, a Chicago-based funds-of-funds manager, where he served as a partner before stepping down in late 2022.1 During his time at Twin Bridge, Dimberio was involved in all aspects of the business, including:

• Fundraising
• Investment selection
• Portfolio monitoring
• Product development

His contributions at Twin Bridge were significant, as he helped commit more than $2 billion to approximately 60 North American buyout funds and deployed over $1 billion in more than 90 co-investments.1

At WinForest Partners, Dimberio has been working alongside Brett Paschke, a former William Blair executive, to raise the firm's second fund of funds. The new fund, WinForest Fund II LP, has a target of $75 million but is close to reaching its $105 million hard cap. Dimberio expects to hold a final close on the fund in February 2024.1
