Joe Betts-LaCroix currently serves as the CEO of Retro Biosciences and has held various key positions in prestigious organizations in the biotech industry.

His past roles include being a Board Observer at BioAge Labs, Executive Director at HEALTH EXTENSION FOUNDATION, and Advisory Board Member at several biotech startups.

Joe Betts-LaCroix also has experience as an Advisor at Recursion, Entrepreneur In Residence at Playground Global, Part-time Partner at Y Combinator, and CTO at Vium.

He has been associated with Halcyon Molecular, Zetta Research, and has served as an IP Advisor. Joe Betts-LaCroix was a Mentor & Lecturer at The Funded Founder Institute and held CTO positions at OQO and Analog Design, Inc.
