Rich Gibbard

Rich Gibbard is a professional recruiter with extensive experience in sales and business management. After finishing his GCSEs and A-levels at Lutterworth Grammar School, he earned a 2:1 in Business Management from Staffordshire University. He began his career as an Account Executive and New Business Sales manager for Finlay James before rising through the ranks to become a Managing Consultant, Sales Manager, and Associate Director for the firm. During his tenure, he specialized in IT sales recruitment, SaaS, marketing, and technical expertise. Rich later worked for JAM Recruitment as a Business Development Manager before becoming the Director of Recbound, where he helps agencies attract more candidates, clients, and consultants through recruitment marketing techniques.
