Jodie Chan

Jodie Chan is a professional with a solid background in operations management, procurement, and material planning. Currently, Jodie holds the position of Senior Manager - Packaging at C.H. Guenther & Son, where she is responsible for overseeing all raw material issues to ensure efficient operations at a high-speed manufacturing plant. Being the SAP purchasing Subject Matter Expert (SME), Jodie provides guidance to colleagues on best practices and works on optimizing processes within the organization.

Jodie's career journey includes roles such as Former Procurement Manager - Packaging at TreeHouse Foods, Former Senior Procurement Analyst at Bay Valley Foods, Former Material Planner - Lead at Bay Valley Foods, and Former Oracle ERP Analyst Intern at GE Transportation. With a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, Operations Management major, and Management Information Systems minor from Penn State University, Jodie demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. Jodie is currently expanding her catering services, targeting individuals interested in healthier lifestyle options, outside of her primary professional role.
