Jo holds a NVQ Level 5 in Supply Chain Management from The Leadership Academy and a 2:1 in Business Studies from Humberside University.

Having held various high-level positions, Jo has served as Vice President Operational Excellence at Incora and held several Vice President roles at Wesco Aircraft, including Global Procurement, Global Process Excellence, and Executive Director of Operations.
