Jodi Atkinson

Jodi Atkinson is a seasoned senior human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

She has a strong track record in organizational development, talent management, executive leadership development, and high-performance learning solutions.

Jodi is known for her ability to create successful roadmaps, competency-based learning programs, and career paths for professionals at all levels across a global footprint.

Education-wise, Jodi studied MLA in Literature and Creative Writing at Harvard University and BA in Literature at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Previously, she held various leadership roles at Deltek, including Senior Director of Global Learning, Director, Senior Manager of Global Learning, Manager of Learning and Development, Senior Learning Architect, and eLearning Designer.

Before her tenure at Deltek, Jodi worked as a Writer, Editor, and Consultant, as well as an English ESL Instructor, Department Advisor, and Curriculum Developer at the Los Angeles Unified School District.
