João Oliveira is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Utility Credit, a credit boutique that specializes in structuring and operating Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs). With a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and several advanced certification programs under his belt, including Financial Modeling and Valuation, M&A, LBO, DCF, and Investment Banking, João brings a wealth of financial expertise to his role.
Before co-founding Utility Credit, João held membership associate positions at IBEF São Paulo and IFL (Instituto de Formação de Lideres), serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the latter. As an investment banking associate at Brasilpar and an intern at GO Associados, he developed valuable experience working with financial institutions.
João's academic research experience includes a Statistical Assistant role in the Master of Business Management program (MBM-FGV) and as an academic researcher at CNPq-GVpesquisa. He also served as an FGV-SP delegation chief at the "X ENEAP" at the Federação Nacional dos Estudantes de Administração Pública and as a student representative/collaborator at Diretório Acadêmico Getulio Vargas.
