Kydd Boyle is a driven entrepreneur and passionate community builder. He believes that connecting people and encouraging them to break out of their comfort zone can lead to accelerated development and extraordinary achievements.

Boyle co-founded Horizons Next Gen, a supportive community for young leaders focused on self-development. He is highly selective about collaborations, ensuring that their content remains best-in-class. He has served as a non-executive director and international business development executive at Sandaire, where he gained expertise in investment management oversight. Boyle also worked at Citigroup in the same capacity.

Boyle's early career includes journalism, where he served as a journalist at the Independent Newspaper. He also worked as an intern in investment management at SandAire Limited. Boyle obtained a PGC in International Business from the Mountbatten Institute, an ICTA Diploma in Compliance, International Finance from Manchester Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Newcastle University.
