Joanne Zaiac

Joanne Zaiac has joined Dentsu International, US as the Chief Client Officer. With a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University, she brings 18 years of extensive experience from DigitasLBi North America, where she served as COO and President of the NY Region. During her tenure, she helped expand the company from 100 employees to over 600 employees and won numerous awards in creative and media categories. After that, she was appointed as Chief Client Officer, Americas for Merkle, where she focused on global performance marketing. Her expertise includes operational transformation, improvement of speed to market, and data-driven marketing. Joanne is an honored recipient of the Women Achiever Award and the "Advertising Working Mother of the Year" award by AWNY and Working Mother magazine.
