Joanne Ward is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Sales. With a resilient and entrepreneurial mindset, she has spent the last 8 years working closely with Startups & Scaleups, and has co-founded a boutique RPO offering Recruitment Services to fast-growing tech-led companies.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Joanne enjoyed a successful 25-year career in Investment Banking, specializing in Global Commercial Lending across various industries, catering to a wide range of companies from Blue Chip Multinational Enterprises to SMEs. She is also a respected judge for the NORAS (National Online Recruitment Awards), contributing to the enhancement of candidate experience.

Joanne Ward holds a Certificate of Higher Education with Distinction in Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
