Maaike Agricola is a professional with a background in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie and Business Administration, which led her to enter the recruitment world by establishing and expanding her own company, Talentlinker, where she successfully matched young professionals with business and commercial vacancies in the Randstad area for 5 years.

During her time at Talentlinker, Maaike handled various responsibilities including sales, account management, recruitment, team management, operations, finances, and overall strategy. In October 2019, Talentlinker was acquired by Sparkling People.
