Joanna Jaeger is a highly accomplished Restaurant General Manager with a track record of success in nurturing a positive, service-oriented culture for staff and guests. Joanna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare, Gender and Women's Studies, Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has since held impressive roles like General Manager at Loco Pez - West Philly and The Cambridge, and Front of House Manager at Short Stack Eatery.
