Joan Turba, MSEd

Joan Turba is a higher education professional with an impressive background in strategic business development, partnerships, revenue generation, grant writing, management, and leadership development. With her expertise in Manufacturing and Energy, she has driven collaborations to create impactful learning initiatives that provide upward mobility for individuals and increased performance for organizations. Turba has completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Science in Education, Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University. The program at Purdue University focused on building systematic learning design and the creation of educational programs that benefit all stakeholders. Turba has previously worked as a General Sales Manager for the Sinclair Broadcast Group's WMSN-TV and is currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Corporate Training and Economic Development at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
