Joan Fiesta is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in organizational leadership, law enforcement, and security. She has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a perfect 4.0 GPA from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric/Russian Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
