Mike Wagner is an accomplished individual in the field of public safety, with expertise and experience in law enforcement, organizational leadership, and training. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied Administrative Leadership and Organizational Leadership, respectively. He has also completed the Public Safety Leadership Development (PSLD) Program at the University of Denver.
Mr. Wagner's career in law enforcement spans several years, during which he held a variety of positions with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, including Detective, Sergeant, Commander, and Division Chief. He has also been a Public Information Officer, providing critical information about incidents to the public and media. Since then, he has taken on consulting and teaching roles for various organizations, including Motorola Solutions, where he is currently employed as NGCS Regional Sales Manager.
As an Executive Advisor and Consultant at the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, Mr. Wagner has helped shape policy and streamline operations. He has also worked as an instructor and trainer for various organizations, including Strata Leadership and County Sheriffs of Colorado. He has a passion for developing leaders and helping others achieve their full potential.
