Project Manager BI & web analytics

Managing the marketing analytics and circulation department. Coaching of 2 parttime employees. Responsible for the development of different applIcations, processes and reportings to improve the planning process. 
•Bridge function between IT and salesmanager. 
•Start‐up of B‐to‐B site , integrated in the back office
•Scenario based contact center
•Coordination of the yearly CIM audit for de Persgroep.
•Building reports/analysis for the newly added scanning process.
•Start‐up of the geo analysis tool.
•Initiating forecasting based on IBM Modeler datamining suite.

Marketing analytics and demand planning coordinator

Responsible for the determination of the different circulations of the different products from de Persgroep. Responsible for both adhoc and structural analysis/reporting of the salesfigures.  
•Starting up the departement circulation management, building knowledge
•Initiating and  finetuning of the new forecasting application
•Building structural feedback for the commercial advisors.

Data analyst

International internship in the Netherlands with an internet start‐up through the Aiesec exchange program. Responsible, together with the management, for the businessplan. Co‐responsible for the development of the different applications.
