Jim Reining is the Senior Vice President of the Systems Development Division at Systems & Technology Research (STR).2 He has a strong background in aerospace engineering and national security solutions, with expertise in signal processing, sensors, cyber security, and data sciences.
Jim holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He has extensive experience in the US Navy, retiring as a Captain.2
