Jim Parton

Jim Parton is currently the Senior Director at Advantage Unified Commerce, a position he has held since May 2023.1 He is based in the Greater Boston area and has an extensive background in marketing, content production, and brand management.1

Prior to his current role, Jim had a long tenure at Hasbro, where he held several significant positions:

• Senior Manager – Digital Brand Marketing (March 2014 - May 2018)

During his time at Hasbro, Jim was responsible for overseeing strategy, production, and delivery of e-commerce and retailer-platform content across the Hasbro portfolio.1 He also played a key role in developing digital content, strategies, and campaigns for Hasbro brands, as well as leading the first launch of the Hasbro Pulse fan experience.1

Earlier Career

Before joining Hasbro, Jim worked in television production:

• Field Producer / Director at Powderhouse Productions (2009-2010)
• Producer at Walt Disney Television (2005-2008)

At Walt Disney Television, he produced short-form video content for ABCFamily.com (now Freeform network) and worked on Emmy-winning and nominated projects.1

Education

Jim Parton holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communications / Photography from Endicott College, which he attended from 1996 to 2000.1
