He has a wealth of experience in budget planning, cost controls, and operational streamlining for startups, turnarounds, and established businesses.

Jim's industry expertise spans student transportation, para transit, loyalty and rewards, technology, ambulatory transportation, and hospitality.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, from McMaster University.

He also served as a Business Consultant and CFO at Vantage Appraisals & Management Services & Connie's Food Products, and held multiple positions at Laidlaw Transit and MedTrans, including Managing Director, Director of Financial Operations, Controller, and Financial Analyst.

Prior to that, Jim gained experience as a Senior Auditor at PwC & KPMG.
