Jim Coke

Jim Coke is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in research, user experience, and risk management.

His academic journey includes earning a Full Member designation in Securities and Asset Management from the Securities and Investment Institute in Hong Kong and pursuing PhDs in both Computer Science from Durham University and Behavioural Economics from King's College London.

Additionally, he holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, as well as certifications as a Chartered Banker from The Chartered Banker Institute and as a Chartered Member from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).

Throughout his career, Jim has held key positions in various organizations, including Head Of Research at Melian Dialogue Research, Chief Behavioural Officer at Level, Lead UX Researcher at Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and User Experience Researcher at HM Revenue & Customs.
