Jilah Kalil is an accomplished operations leader with a strong background in training, education, program management, and partnership development, boasting over 20 years of experience.

She is a proven leader and educator who collaborates with stakeholders and partners to define projects and key performance metrics, leveraging operational and financial expertise to drive sustainable improvements in processes, efficiency, costs, and quality.

With a reputation as a catalyst for cultural change, Jilah excels in ensuring rapid adoption and full integration of transformative changes that benefit all stakeholders.

She holds a Master's in Education with a focus on Special Education and Teaching from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Jilah has a diverse professional background, having served as the Owner of Cooking Up, Founder and Executive Director at Green Fork Academy, Educator at Academics (working with Pre-K through seventh grade students), and Research Coordinator for Community-based Obesity Prevention at Vanderbilt University.
