With a decade of hands-on experience, Jian has spearheaded projects involving cathodes, anodes, separators, and electrolytes, showcasing expertise in the entire battery production process.

Jian's proficiency extends to cell design engineering, encompassing performance testing, thermal analysis, safety protocols, and failure analysis, in compliance with industry standards and certified agency requirements.

Adept at collaborating with external vendors and overseeing contract manufacturing, Jian has a track record of successfully developing and qualifying battery designs while optimizing production processes.

Utilizing quality tools like design of experiments, standard operating procedures, and statistical analysis, Jian focuses on enhancing industry compliance and minimizing miscommunication.
