Jia Zhang holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Media Lab at MIT, a Master of Science in Comparative Media Studies from M.I.T., a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, and a Master of Fine Arts in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design at The New School.
