Jia Xu is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience in the aerospace and technology industries.
He holds a PhD from Stanford University, along with Master's degrees from Imperial College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jia Xu currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategy for Urban Air Mobility and Unmanned Aerial Systems at Honeywell, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of these innovative technologies.
Prior to his role at Honeywell, Jia Xu held key positions at top organizations, including Chief Architect for Urban Air Mobility Systems at Airbus, Associate Director at RAND Corporation, and as a Professor at Pardee RAND Graduate School.
His previous roles include Senior Engineer at RAND Corporation, Senior Aerodynamics and Performance Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Lead TA in Tech Venture Formation at Stanford University, Christine Mirzayan Fellow at National Academy of Sciences, and Transatlantic Studies Fellow at Royal United Services Institute.
