Jessica Spungin is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School (LBS) and serves as the Director of The Hive at LBS for The David and Molly Pyott Foundation.1 She has extensive experience in translating strategy into action and delivering strategic change.1
