David Kosloff

David Kosloff is currently an Executive in Residence at Frazier Healthcare Partners, where he focuses on investment strategies related to home health, hospice, and similar sectors. He rejoined Frazier as part of their Growth Buyout team, leveraging his extensive experience in healthcare investments.1 2

Before this role, Kosloff co-founded Abode Healthcare and served as its CFO for ten years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in overseeing operations and played a key role in strategic acquisitions, leading to three successful exits before Abode was acquired by BrightSpring Healthcare in 2021.1 2 His background also includes positions as an investment professional at Trident Capital and Spectrum Equity Investors, as well as experience as an investment banker at Alex. Brown.2
