Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is the Director of Talent Acquisition at iMethods, a position she has held since 2022. In her role, she is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical direction regarding talent acquisition for the organization, focusing on attracting top candidates to support iMethods' growth initiatives.12

Prior to becoming the Director of Talent Acquisition, Jessica had a diverse career path that included roles such as Lead Healthcare IT Recruiter at iMethods and Director of Delivery Services in 2021. She began her career in 2007 as an Account Executive at Cox Radio and later worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Contemporary Staffing Solutions before transitioning into recruitment.23

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Jessica oversees the Hire Purpose Foundation, a faith-based non-profit established by iMethods, which reflects the company's commitment to community service.12 She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Western Kentucky University, which she attended from 2003 to 2007.2

Outside of work, Jessica is married and has two daughters. She is passionate about her faith and enjoys sharing her experiences with others.1
