Product Manager

Hunite B.V. is a software company with a focus on mobile app development (iPhone, Android, Tablet). 

Main responsibilities:
- Product vision and roadmap development of Hunite mobile app and web portal. Management of product backlog, priorities, work scope and delivery, mitigating risks and obstacles. 
- Management of stakeholders expectations, being a link between development and the business, 
communicating product vision within organization.
- Product backlog management, creating users stories, epics, description of requirements and features, cooperation with UI/UX specialist to visualize those and make sure they comply with best usability practices.
- Running user sessions, usability test and quality sessions, data analytics via Flurry, Distimo to augment product usability, user acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Daily collaboration with R&D team on product design, development, quality assurance and product roll out.
- Cooperation with Support, Sales and Marketing teams on product promotion and delivery to end-users.
- Management of Product Management team including one product owner, business analyst and UI/UX specialist, reporting to CEO.
- As Management Team (MT) Member responsible for defining and managing department KPIs, goals and metrics as well as developing and maintenance of company culture and values.

NutsServices B.V. is a Dutch energy provider. The function was IT Project Manager and role of Product Owner and Scrum Master for IT department of 18 developers (both in-house and offshore). 

Main responsibilities: 
- Managed product backlog and product roadmap, translating business requirements to user stories, management of priorities. 
- Release planning, analysis of new functionality and change requests, brainstorming with stakeholders on new features and product improvements. 
- Introduced Scrum methodology in organisation. Coached three Scrum teams on Scrum ceremonies and principles.
- Facilitated Scrum-related activities: Sprint Planning, Daily stand-up meeting, backlog grooming with development team to decompose complex functionality into user stories and tasks. 
- Linked developers and other Product Owners, as well as stakeholders to make sure projects are 
implemented successfully and the impact is known and communicated. 
- Team management and team building, interviewing new developers, conducting performance review, creating personal development plans.

Main responsibilities:
-	Managed software development team of 8 people, reported to the business owner in the USA, cooperated with the customers worldwide.
-	Created product vision and roadmap for several web and SaaS products. Managed product backlog, defined and documented user stories, managed priorities, scope of work and deliverables.
-	Data analysis, research of competitors products and analyzing market trends.
-	Communicated with the business owner on project priorities and other business-related aspects, provided regular feedback and developed various finance reports and statistics, including ROI management.
-       Responsible for requirements gathering and communication with the customers from small companies to fortune 500 companies, identifying their needs and planning those in further releases, providing required assistance and support on their account activities.
-	Team management, interviewing and hiring new developers, leading performance review procedures, creating personal development plans, team building.

Dev.Pro

TEAM International is a U.S. owned IT company that provides IT Staffing services and offshore software development services in Ukraine.  

Main responsibilities included: managed marketing team to perform market research and analysis, cooperated with AEs located in the USA on marketing, email and sales campaigns. Developed various reports and presented them to top management, reported to the President of the company.
